Dear Dinesh and Deepak,
It very sad that Airtel is India number one company for broadband connection and other phone related issues, but the services it provides is worse than our MTNL. It is simply impossible to get through your call-centre. You keep making the calls and the customer service executive is never available. Yes I can understand why because you provide such horrible service which makes the call-centre people scared of picking up the phone.
I want my BroadBrand connection to be placed from one room to the other and I informed your customer Care Service Executive but they have not sent the concern office on the allotted date that is September 4, 2007. If you making an excuse of the festival Janmansathi then don’t forget that you are multinational company not the local government company begging for unpaid holidays.
My telephone number is 011- ********, which is also not working by the grace of the Airtel services it provides. It seems that Airtel people need to stop giving faults awards for their service and start working on improving the service. After little work done your calling centre people call for the work done instead put that resource for listening to people complains. The complain service executive never picks up the phone except the recorded voice of that lady.
My personal experience with Airtel has turned up from worse to a nightmare. Each time I have to either visit your Okhla office or write a mail explaining my grievance but the administration is not bothered by either of the two.
Tell your President that international reorganization with unsatisfied customers is the KEY TO SUCCESS for Bharti Airtel Limited.
My Telephone is 011-********, the phone is name of Ms. ******** and my house number is ******, *******, New Delhi. I want my telephone line to be replaced from one room to the other by tomorrow. If you don’t do it by tomorrow I will take my grievances to be better place where right action will be taken for a CUSTOMER.
Thanking You,
***** *****.
PS I don’t want any customer care person calling I want the line to be changed by tomorrow.

Subject: Shifting of the line and complaint against the call centre executive
Dear Dinesh and Deepak,
The airtel call centre people are highly rude and don’t know how to talk to the customer. The customer is one who calls and has a right to talk first but your customer executive tells the customer that I will disconnect the line when the fault is entirely yours company’s. My connection was to be shifted on September 4, 2207 and I have informed your customer service on August 29, 2207 and still I am waiting for person. Tell Sunil at your call-centre that he is supposed to listen to what the customer has to say. AND NOT TO SAY THAT I WILL DISCONNECT THE LINE.
Do inform your Mr Premjeet Madam(*****-*****) and Mr Vikas Mishra(*****-*****) that pick up their mobile phones the number is given by the company and the incoming calls are for free.
It’s a disgrace to a customer of Airtel.
I hope now my line will be shifted soon, but the service you provide I strongly doubt about. No work done and high amounts is spent on endorsements and advertisements. It’s ironical that I have to write each time to get through the higher officials. It seems you must be spamming these mails also.
Thanks and regards,
***** *****.

Dear Mrs Kaur,
I welcome your thank you letter as I don’t have much option where the internet broadband connection is concern. I told you in my mail that I don’t want any mails or calls from your side. It’s troublesome to get mails from you and your staff is still ineffective and irresponsible please work on your service rather than sending people thank u mails which is wait of time for the sender and the reader.
thanks
